2007 seems to have been the year of the blog for me. After the "success" of last year's advent calendar I decided to start my own blog in January.  Work followed suit a few months later with our Web Services blog and while it sometimes feels like I'm talking to myself, it's good to have an avenue to write my thoughts.

But it's not all about me (which might surprise you considering you're reading Michael's Fantastic Advent Calendar) and this year several other blogs have started up.  Ashly Green's cluttered little mind landed in June to catalogue his adventures up hills.  Matt Forshaw came next with his attempt to document his story.  Finally Carrington has jumped on the bandwagon.

It's these last two which are the most interesting - to hear straight from the horse's mouth the Explorer/Network view of events is cool.  To hear about Matt's pain and suffering is even better!
